how come the Concacaf doesn't want the good players of Mexico to play?

why does the Concacaf want the Sub 22 to play in the Copa America?? are they scared that the Mexico with it's good players could win the cup? or what? because all i know is that if the SUB 22 plays, they are gonna get murdered in the field. literally. lol not literally but they will get beat easy. i know they are getting invited, so the concacaf should be able to do what they want, but still thats a pretty shitty move.

THEY (CONCACAF) WANT Mexico to be knocked out in group stages, if it were US or Trinidad y Tobago (aint the president of concacaf from trinidad y tobago?) they would kiss their @$$ and have them send their "best squads" es odio y envidia they are just jealous of Mexico's success getting 4th place. 3rd place for a bronze trophy n medal or 2nd place, IF IT WERE USA IN THE AMERICAN CUP THIS DUMB RULE WOULD NOT APPLY TO THEM
